1. Introduction

Welcome to Finka ("we," "our," "us"). These Subscription Terms ("Terms") govern your subscription to our services offered through our website https://finka.cloud ("Site") and our application https://app.finka.cloud ("App"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not subscribe to our services.

2. Subscription Pricing and Plans

  • Monthly Subscription: €1.99 / $1.99 / £1.99 per month.
  • Annual Subscription: €20.00 / $20.00 / £20.00 per year.
  • Currency: Payments accepted in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), and British Pounds (£) through Stripe.

3. Free Trial Details

Duration: Users are entitled to a one-month free trial upon account creation.

Activation: The free trial is automatically activated when you create an account on the Site or App.

Transition to Paid Subscription: After the free trial period, your subscription will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively activate your subscription on the Subscription Page to continue using our services.

4. Payment Processing

Payment Methods: Payments are currently accepted through Stripe.

Billing Information: When subscribing, Stripe will collect the following information:

  • Name: Full name as it appears on your payment method.
  • Email Address: Used for billing and communication purposes.
  • Billing Address: Address associated with your payment method.
  • Payment Details: Credit or debit card information, including card number, expiration date, and CVV.

Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are automatically recurring. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Subscription Page on the App.

Notice Period: No notice period is required. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

Effect of Cancellation: Access to premium features will be revoked after the current billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • Payment was processed in error.
  • Technical issues prevented the use of paid features.

Process: To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include required details.

Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment.

7. Auto-Renewal and Notifications

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Portugal.
